ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Ben Sweet founded Sweet Properties in 1991. Sweet Properties 
started out as a small family business with the owner and one employee. Over the years Sweet Properties has steadily grown and now has several licensed property managers, a marketing director, a maintenance manager, and a bookkeeper. Ben Sweet is a California State licensed broker, and several employees hold California state sales associate licenses.
Sweet Properties serves Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, and the surrounding 
Stanislaus area. Most of our business comes from referrals from our clients and tenants. We believe our clients and tenants choose to do business with Sweet Properties because our top priority is to provide professional, efficient, and courteous service. Our tenants and clients know they can trust us to follow through with what we say we are going to do.
